This year's Holiday Winter Blend from Pilot combines an arrangement of varietals and processes from Huila, Colombia, and Ethiopia's vibrant Guji region. Expect notes of chocolate, cranberry acidity, and sweet cinnamon spice. Coming Soon!

With a passion for great coffee, Pilot Coffee Roasters was founded in 2009 with the goal of introducing specialty coffee to Toronto. Their first location and original roastery was located in Toronto’s Leslieville neighbourhood where they built their coffee business around the core values of sourcing ethical, Direct Trade coffee and building transparency in the process from farm to cup. Now their coffee is available in several places, including right here at the London Bicycle Café!
