Canada-Wide Flat Rate

Canada-wide flat rate shipping is available for almost all of our products for $35. This excludes bikes, trailers, and liquids over 2 fluid ounces (ie bicycle cleaners). Spend over $200 and this fee is waived. Please reach out to us directly for any questions about shipping.

In Store and Curbside Pick Up

When you place an online order for in-store pickup from us, you can expect a fulfillment email within two business days to notify you that your order is ready for pickup. After that you will receive weekly email reminders until the end of the 4th week at which point we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee. Please get in touch if for any reason you cannot come pickup your purchase within those four weeks.
