When you place an online order for in-store pickup from us, you can expect a fulfillment email within two business days to notify you that your order is ready for pickup.
Congratulations on your new bike purchase! Now that you're out on the road, we're here to support you and keep you rolling. All new bikes purchased from London Bicycle Cafe are covered for one full year from date of purchase under our New Bicycle Warranty. The warranty covers everything on the bike for one full year, and encourages you to keep your bike riding like the day you bought it. Even if you just need some air in your tires, we're here for you.
Warranty services include but are not limited to gear adjustments, brake adjustments, wheel truing, and bearing surface adjustments. If you bike is under one year old and not working perfectly, give us a call and we'll get you going.
After the first year, don't worry, we are still here to support you. Call us to book an appointment for regular service.
We will refund or exchange unopened merchandise with an original receipt for 14 days after the date of purchase (see exclusions below).
Opened merchandise in new condition will be issued store credit up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
We honour all our manufacturers' warranties, please register your product with the manufacturer when you purchase!
All bikes (and trikes), discounted items, and custom orders are final sale.
The products we sell represent some of the best urban cycling brands in the world. However, our displayed product stock is by no means complete. Please contact us if you are looking for something specific - we love doing special orders for our customers!
Please note that special orders require a 50% non-refundable initial payment. If for any reason you decide you don’t want the item anymore, this payment is non-refundable.
