Meet the latest generation of Tern HSD! Tern continues its record of excellence while upgrading the frame design to hold even more than before, 10kg more to be specific. The latest HSD has a maximum gross vehicle weight* of 190kg (418lbs) so that it can truly do it all. This new optimized frame geometry offers a longer wheelbase, and a low center of gravity keep rides stable, even with heavy loads or at higher speeds.

As always, the Bosch electrical on board is independently certified to UL Safety Standard 2849. The design of the bike still features the ability to be stored on its rear rack, with a folding stem to bring the handlebars in-line with the frame. The seatpost has been upgraded to match that of the GSD’s which means it will accommodate riders from 150 - 205 cm (4’11” - 6’9”) and up to 130 kg (287 lb). Ergonomic quick release levers? Yes please!
